- Base salary of $95,000-$110,000 dependent on experience level PLUS Bonus incentive program for achieving quality andPerformance. Can make upwards of 160k+!!

Provider’s Role with the Company:
- Provider will manage minor acute and chronic illnesses for residents as well as take an active role in decreasing re-hospitalization and unnecessary ED transfers of residents
- Will collaborate and consult with physicians and other health care professionals as necessary to manage complex health problems
Background Profile:
- MSN/ APRN (Advanced Practice) / ARNP / ANP/ FNP – Nurse Practitioner/NP (Adult, or Family NP)
- License and Board Certification in state of Maine
- ME Controlled Substance Registration
