About the role:
• Location: Great Barrington, Massachusetts
• Beautiful mountain area in the famous Berkshires region
• Outpatient Clinic
• 8-hour shift
• Providing evaluations, treatment, and medication management in the outpatient setting. The patient population is of all ages.
• Provide the full scope of primary medical care to patients, including diagnosis and treatment of a broad range of conditions.
• The Physician will also document patient visits and monitor and facilitate other activities related to patient care.
• Provide medication and chronic disease management.
• The Physician will work alongside their support staff team to treat patients and multiple generations of the same families in an outpatient setting.

• Position is open due to a retiring physician
• 4 Day workweek possible
• 20-24 patients per day average
• Joining a team of 4 (1 NP, 1 IM, 1 Peds, and 1 Behavioral)
• Call: 1:12 or better. Backup call to nurse triage service, averaging 1 weekday every 2-3 weeks and one weekend every 2-3 months
• Providers desiring to do procedures are welcome
• Teaching opportunity if desired (extra income). Medical students, residents, NP/PA academic options.
