Owner & CEO
David’s vision for the company is to make NOW Healthcare Recruiting the absolute best source for healthcare groups to quickly hire the best primary care physicians, NPs/PAs, and the specialty Physicians they work with.
His main role is finding new healthcare groups to recruit for, coupled with recruiting NPs, PAs, and MDs, and implementing the best overall strategies for the company.
David grew up in Tucson, Arizona, and credits his college baseball playing and coaching background with the competitive drive he brings to the recruiting market. He is married to Michelle, and they have 5 kids. David enjoys vacations to the mountains of NC with his family, finding the best barbecue around, and kayaking.

Ray serves as a Search Director working across the US to help our clients with their Physician Recruitment needs. He works across many specialties, including Primary Care, Orthopedics, Cardiology, and Radiology. Ray grew up in the Philadelphia area and began working with NOW after relocating to Charleston.
He enjoys watching sports, working out, and checking out new restaurants or concert venues. One of his favorite ways to unwind is getting out to the beach or hiking with a good Audiobook in the background. Ray prides himself on providing high-level service and clear communication for all of our clients and physician partners.

Katie is the Vice President of APP Recruitment at NOW Healthcare Recruiting, where she focuses on connecting Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants with opportunities that align not just with their skills—but with the life and career they want to build.
Over the past 8+ years, she’s had the privilege of placing hundreds of NPs and PAs across the country and has consistently been a top producer within the organization.
