Benefits and Features:
- $100 – 125,000/yr, depending on experience
- 12 days PTO plus 6 holidays

Your Role with the Company:
- M-F, 8a-4p or 9a-5p, no nights/no weekends!
- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will use their clinical skills to take on a leadership role in a position that will be 50% managing a case load by phone and 50% supervision/interaction with third parties – physician offices, home care, and other personnel in the company.
- Opportunity to make a big impact within the company and use clinical skills to supervise 2-3 RNs, Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants
- Success in this role will result in a reduction of re-hospitalization rates from 10 per day to 5 per day
