Provider’s Role with the Company:
- Ophthalmology cases including cataract removal and lens implantation, oculoplastic and reconstructive eye surgery, glaucoma management and laser surgery, laser vision correction and specializing in corneal transplants
- Schedule is open to 3- or 4-days schedule
- Will train any candidate

Background Profile:
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist / CRNA
